Vehicle Standard

• All vehicles are properly cleaned inside and out before any deliveries are made. A charge of £15.00 will incur if the vehicle is not clean upon its return.

Rental Requirements

• All hirers must present a full driving license (held for at least 1 year depending on vehicle) with a credit card to confirm booking. In case credit card is not available two additional forms of ID must be produced such as a valid passport and two additional form of ID (i.e. bank statement, Electricity bill, etc).
• For hires requesting excess waiver a charge of £15 is payable to conduct a credit safe search.
• Car hire prices may vary if you are between the age of 21 and 25. This is due to insurance requirements
• Age limitation apply on vehicles.

Deposit & Excess

• All vehicles on hire require a deposit to secure the bookings. Deposit amounts may vary dependaning upon lessor conditions. Excess amounts are not covered by damage excess waivers.
• Any vehicle driven by person who is not authorised to drive with result in full deposit being taken.

Drivers

• It is only the hirer that is permitted to drive the vehicle. There is no extra charge for one additional driver there after additional drivers are charged from a minimum £5.00 per day depending upon the vehicle.

Fuel

• All vehicles are hired with a full tank, you will be required to bring the vehicle back with the same amount or pay the surcharge. In event, that vehicles are delivered, fuel used is the sole responsibility of the hirer.

Delivery and Collection

• We can deliver with in the 2 mile range totally free, whereas any excess miles will be charged. Prices are available upon application.

Penalties/Fines

• Any speeding/ parking fines are the sole liability of the hirer. We will pass all information on our hirers on to the relevant authorities for them to collect fees. Please note an administration fee will be applied and will be taken from the credit card used to secure deposit.
• If travelling in the congestion area you must inform the office so that this can be paid. Failure to do so will result in extra administration charges.
• Car Condition
  Any damage caused to the vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the hirer. The vehicle will be checked and given to you in good conditions; we will let you know of any defects.
  Car usage/territory
• The car should only be used driven within England territory and Scotland. You may not at anytime attempt to take the vehicle abroad and leave British territory. Your insurance will become invalid and any cost, should there be any will be your “the hirer’s” responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel within 72 hours of the hire date then we require 10% of the hire charge.
• If the hire is cancelled within 48 hours then a 25% charge will be taken.
• If the hire is cancelled either 24 hours or on the day the hire is due to take place then a 50% charge will be taken.
• Season cars reserve the right to cancel bookings at their discretion without prior warning.

Terminations of contract

• Should you break any of the conditions set in the terms and conditions we are entitled to treat the agreement as terminated and to repossess the vehicle. You hereby authorise us to enter on your property to do so if necessary. 
• Season car hire has the right to refuse any car hire without reason.
• We accept Visa, Master card, solo and American Express. Customers paying with American express will incur a surcharge of 6%.
• Customers paying with bartercard must be aware that all transactions require a credit card deposit.

Excess Milage

• All our cars come with 100 miles daily excess mileage allowance. A standard rate will apply on vehicle exceeding this mileage limit. Rate differ depending on vehicle and term of hire.

• All Special offers are subject to terms and conditions, only one offer may apply at one time. Special offers cannot run in conjunction with others
